Reyes Nursery
About the Project
The Reyes Nursery was thoughtfully designed as a soft, whimsical retreat—an intentional space where comfort meets imagination. One key challenge was revising the layout to accommodate three children under the age of four, each at a different stage. This required a highly considered approach to both function and flow, ensuring the space could support their evolving needs while remaining calm and cohesive.
PROJECT BEFOREWe introduced distinct zones within the room to balance play and rest: a cozy reading corner for quiet moments, custom storage built-ins to maximize every inch, and an open central area to invite creativity and movement. Bunk-style sleeping solutions allowed us to thoughtfully accommodate all three children while preserving valuable floor space. Layered with playful wallpaper, soft color accents, and a painted ceiling that adds a touch of whimsy, the nursery feels both magical and grounded—a space designed to grow alongside them.
