Our clients set out to revitalize their late 1800s home by blending contemporary functionality with timeless design. With a vision for blending minimalism and modernity, we crafted a sanctuary that resonates with warmth and elegance. The original layout posed challenges with underutilized spaces, including an oversized laundry room and a built-in bathroom. Through strategic reconfiguration, we transformed these areas into purposeful spaces, creating a seamless flow between a laundry room, pantry, powder bathroom, and office while optimizing every square foot.

Where Tradition Meets Innovation
At the heart of this family's home lies a redesigned kitchen, inviting connection and comfort for all. A stunning chandelier bathes the space in light, drawing attention to the central square island—a cherished hub for shared experiences. This newly designed area pays homage to the home's historic roots while creating an inviting atmosphere for new memories to be made.
European Escape
This small bathroom, originally part of an 1800s home, was thoughtfully reimagined to feel like a timeless European escape. Working within a limited footprint, we leaned into the history of the space, layering materials and details that evoke a sense of being transported to another era.
Custom stone profiles and a tailored vanity design bring a collected, worldly aesthetic, adding depth and craftsmanship to every corner. The result is a space that feels intimate yet elevated, rich in character, quietly luxurious, and designed to feel like a moment suspended in time.
